The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, limit, or terminate access to any user at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. “Lifetime access” refers to access for the lifetime of the product as determined by the Company and may include access to a beta version only. Continued updates, future versions, or ongoing live support are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.
By selecting a purchase tier, you acknowledge and agree to the inclusions and limitations of that tier. The Bronze Tier is a self-guided, digital-only experience and does not include live meetings, coaching calls, or real-time support. Access is limited to provided materials and designated communication channels, if applicable. Higher-tier packages include additional features as outlined at the time of purchase. You acknowledge that you have reviewed the applicable sales page and offer details for your selected tier prior to purchase and understand what is and is not included. Failure to review offer details does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Refunds are only available under the following conditions: you must fully participate in and complete all program materials and exercises provided during the first 14 days of the program. After completing the first 14 days, you may submit a written refund request within the following 7 days (no later than day 21 of the program). Your request must include a detailed explanation of your participation and the reason for your refund request. You must demonstrate full completion of all materials released during the first 14 days and attendance of all applicable live sessions (if included in your tier). The Company reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet these requirements. No refunds will be issued after the 21-day period.
All content, materials, frameworks, systems, and resources are proprietary and the exclusive intellectual property of Lynn Everhart Global LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or create derivative works from any materials without prior written consent. Program access is licensed to a single user only.
Your purchase is non-transferable. You may not share, sell, gift, or transfer your access, login credentials, or program materials to any other individual. Any unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
If you participate in any group spaces, live sessions, or community environments associated with the program, you agree to engage respectfully and professionally. Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated. The Company reserves the right to remove any participant from the program or community at its discretion, without refund.
By purchasing, you agree not to initiate any chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback without prior communication may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action to recover funds.
